There is no way yoga can cure Arthritis. Arthritis is inflation on the joints that can only be eliminated by supporting your joints, and losing weight. Herbal medicine is not known to cure Arthritis....I interviewed a woman at a hospital on why she was not using herbal medicine. She said that those guys were useless. It was better what she was receiving at the hospital. It makes the situation worse and you only end up in the hospital after it is too late.

There is a new finding that was studied that has shown that the best time to brush your teeth is before breakfast. Research shows that when you brush your teeth early in the morning before you take your breakfast, you will be more likely to maintain good teeth and gum than when you brush your teeth after breakfast! You will be required to wait 30 minutes before you take your breakfast or you can take it after brushing your teeth. After having a meal that is when you will be required to gaggle some water to clean your mouth.

One way to get a six pack is not taking sugar. You should be taking bananas for breakfast, and tea without sugar. You should either buy tea mixed with ginger or you should buy them separately. Next, you will have to engage in cardiovasculine exercise by taking the formation of a press up by supporting yourself with your elbows instead of your arms. The best place to perform it is on the bed by putting your feet at the edge of the bed. Raise your arms as if you are lining prayerfully, and move your waist up and down as if your sleeping on the bed.

The first attempts will be painful on your back, but you will feel stronger with time. The effect should feel like having a strong tension on your back and front part of your abdomen. Remember, your body should take the formation of a press up like on the diagram below before you commence with the exercise. Put your arms like putting your hands in a press up position! Now, instead of doing a push up or a press up, raise your waist up and down until you experience a tight grip on your abdomen.

I think the penal of the colony is a good read! But also The mayor of the casterbridge is good, and it talks about a guy called Michael Henchard who sells his wife to a stranger and blames her for everything. The penal of the colony talks about a soldier who describes to the stranger what they do to deserters by narrating how the machine is used for torture.

Which are the best research papers you ever written? Any literature topics or books that you have read? Mine is Deco by J.J. COLAGRANDE, and Candide by Voltier. You can suggest any books to read, but I don't think there will be any that beats those books when you're writing a literature research paper.

There is one way that one should listen to cool music while indulging in  meditation exercise. Do this if you want to become perfect in body and mind. You can meditate, but don't engage in cult or worship those Hindu gods of theirs. Make sure that your meditation will be something that will clear your mind.

This one is good after you have done some cardiovasculine training. It is also good if you stretch sideways.




The final one is the pelvic stretch for yoga. Ever exercise in yoga requires a stretch before you are able to do a tough one.

The best core flexibility for yoga than Karate or any other form of exercise is that it focuses on the core. You breath in before you do anything else and stretch to get the best results!






Side ways back thigh stretching which is also good for men or men who want to become younger and to stretch.


My final picture of today is the back thigh side ways stretching that sits at the bottom. It works well if you want to begin One Eighty. I advise men to start with this one!
